If the cruise is cancelled due to weather or marina closure, you get a free reschedule to the next available Saturday OR a full refund. No questions asked. Decisions are made by 8 AM on the day — we'll WhatsApp you immediately.
The 20% deposit is non-refundable once paid — it secures your spot and covers operational costs. You can reschedule to any other Saturday for free, anytime. If we cancel due to weather or marina closure, you get a 100% refund.
Yes — certified lifeguard on board, life jackets for every guest, professional crew, and marine first-aid kit. The boat is licensed by the Egyptian Tourism Authority. Licensed Insured Lifeguard on board
The Red Sea around Hurghada is one of the calmest seas in the world — most days are flat. Our route stays in sheltered reef areas. If you're prone to motion sickness, take a Dramamine 30 min before boarding (we keep some on board for free).
Swimsuit, towel (we provide too), sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. Cash if you want premium drinks or tips. Phone in a waterproof pouch (we sell them on board for €5). Light jacket for the sunset.
It's a 21+ party cruise — alcohol, loud DJ, late-afternoon dancing. We don't recommend it for kids under 16. For family trips we run a separate morning snorkel tour — message us on WhatsApp for info.
Maximum 100 guests — never more. The boat is 4 floors with separate chill, dance, snorkel, and dining areas. It never feels packed.
Yes, completely free hotel pickup from any Hurghada hotel at 9 AM, and drop-off after 5 PM. You give us your hotel name in the booking form. Meeting point is Marina Hurghada — pinned location sent via WhatsApp the night before.
